Classic walking tour of Pisa
Welcome to Pisa city center for a 2 hour walking tour. We start with the Place des Miracles! More commonly known as “piazza dei Miracoli”. It brings together many buildings registered in the Unesco heritage registers since 1987, such as the cathedral, the baptistery, the monumental cemetery and of course its famous Leaning Tower
- Continue your walk to Piazza dei Cavalieri, from there you will see the Palazzo della Carovana, which was built in the 16th century and refurbished by the architect Giorgio Vasari.
- Opposite, observe the Palazzo Del l'Orologie of which Dante complains Count Ugolino Della Gherardesca for having been locked up in one of these towers.
- We will make a point of honor at the Blue Palace which is on the other side of the shore.
